  1. Mindscopic’s Vitamin D Spray is easy to use. Take one spray once a day and you get a generous dose of vitamin D. The advantage is that it is absorbed faster by your body this way, via the mucous membranes in your mouth. The taste is also very pleasant! For me, it is a nice alternative to vitamin D pills or chewable tablets.

  3. As a ginger getting vitamin d is not my strong point. This will not last a year as recommendation from a fellow ginger was multiple doses through a 24hr period. They are right, when needed was her advice….if you don’t know what when needed means you probably don’t need the product. Been deficient with D all my life but get sunburn opening the fridge door. The boost is noticeable in the extreme, brain wise, mood wise. Taste is great but would prefer more flavours in the assortment so I can vary every now and than.

I HAVE BEEN USING THIS NOW FOR APPROXIMATELY 4 MONTHS, I HAVE JUST RECEIVED THE RESULTS OF MY BLOOD TEST AND MY LEVEL IS 112 Ng, MY GP SAID THIS IS EXCELLENT, I THOUGHT IT MIGHT BE A BIT HIGH BUT A GP WOULD CONSIDER 5O0 Ng TOO HIGH. HE TOLD ME TO CONTINUE WITH THIS AS IT IS A GOOD PRODUCT. HAVE MADE A 5 STAR RATING, AND HAVE JUST ORDERED ANOTHER BOTTLE – WOULD DEFINITELY RECOMMEND BUT DO HAVE HOUR VITAMINE D LEVELS CHECKED BEFORE USING THIS PRODUCT AND AGAIN AFTER A FEW MONTHS
