Noopept History (dd.1970)

Noopept is the brand name for N-phenyl acetyl-L-prolyl glycine ethyl ester. It is a smart drug that is developed in the 1970s.

Up to today, noopept is a prescription drug in Russia which has been developed by the Russian pharmaceutical company SC LEKKO Pharmaceutical. A patent application was filed in the United States in the year 1955. But the FDA did not approve the use.
