The spray is of good quality and compact, I take it with me everywhere
I recently had to take a very high dose of Vitamin D3 (20,000 mg 2 once a week for 10 weeks) as prescribed by my GP. An adult’s vitamin D levels should be between 50 Ng and 70 Ng. Unfortunately mine was on 7 Ng, this meant my levels were dangerously low. After the high dose course finished, I was advised to take 1000mg daily which I can get OTC (over the counter) . I have tried several forms of capsule but unfortunately, these have given me an upset tummy. A friend suggested an oral spray which is why I brought this one. I have been using it for about 2 weeks now, and so far, no upset tummy. Highly recommended.
